The Hope Centre supports members of the Minehead Community who are homeless, have problems associated with drugs and alcohol, or are lonely or vulnerable in any way.

The Hope Centre is open in the Minehead Baptist Church Hall each Tuesday & Friday between 10.30am and 2pm.

Entrance is through the gated archway in Parks Lane. If you need step-free access, please telephone us during opening hours and we will open a different door for you.

We no longer have Covid restrictions but the risk of Covid-19 remains in the community. We ask everyone to be considerate of others and if you are unwell and have symptoms that may be from Covid infection, please do not attend until you are better. If you need urgent advice and/or you need a Covid testing kit, please telephone us.

Jason and Debby, our project workers, are available on 07949 642774.

We are grateful for all the individuals and organisations (including Open Mental Health, Magna, Fairfield Trust, Foyle Foundation, Yapp Charitable Trust, Garfield Weston Trust, Avon & Somerset Police Trust, W F Fabry Trust, Greggs, Co-operative stores & Tesco Fareshare) who have given us funding and/or items during recent months.

We help people get their lives back on track. The Centre is a place of Christian hospitality, friendship, support, advice but most of all – hope.
